11 May Spokenote Launches Dynamic Video Integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot
New CRM Connections Bring Authentic, Data-driven Video to Leading Platforms
Indianapolis (May 11, 2026) – Spokenote today announced new dynamic video integrations for Salesforce and HubSpot customer relationship management (CRM) systems, allowing marketing, sales, sponsorship, fundraising, enrollment and admissions, and customer success teams to seamlessly create and deploy personalized video experiences at scale using existing customer data.
Organizations can now sync records and segmentation from Salesforce or HubSpot into Spokenote, enabling teams to quickly build and deliver dynamic video experiences across a range of personas and touchpoints. Spokenote already supports workflows with existing marketing and sales platforms, and these integrations further streamline the path from customer data to personalized video engagement. This release represents another major milestone in Spokenote’s mission to help organizations create authentic human connection at scale.
“Organizations should not have to abandon their existing workflows in order to create meaningful, personalized engagement,” said John Wechsler, Founder and CEO of Spokenote. “Our goal is to meet customers where they already work, using the systems and data they already trust. These integrations make it dramatically easier for teams to deploy authentic, personalized video communication directly inside the platforms they use every day.”
Applications for marketplace listings for both Salesforce AppExchange and the HubSpot Marketplace are currently in progress and expected by Spokenote in upcoming release cycles.
“Spokenote’s dynamic video capability works for us across all revenue generation channels, from ticket sales, sponsorship activation and gameday experience”, says Joel Zawacki, Chief Commercial Officer of The Indianapolis Indians. “Integrating with our CRM adds efficiency to the process and enables us to deliver more personalized, engaging touchpoints.”
